Who We Are

The Main Project Community is a Racine, WI-based nonprofit dedicated to creating positive environments where young people can grow. We believe every teen deserves access to real work experience, mentorship, and a community that believes in them.

Our programs are built around hands-on learning — because skills stick when they are earned through doing real work in the real world.
